Week 11 - Arggghh no BB

Week 11 in the Big Brother caravan - rain stops play.

No caravan activity this week - pre planned break for the Murphys and rain stops play for the Brains in a foul weekend - hanging around the house and watching Munster win the Heineken Cup was order of a weekend in which Amanda went out with her teacher Buddies got plastered drunk Friday night and left me gutted that she had no hangover on Saturday morning after recounting her tale of Rosemary flavoured ice cream to me and the kids no less than 5 times on the trip home Friday night.

This I believe is proof positive that God is actually a woman and further reinforces my belief that the male age of retirement should be less than that of the female who statistically lives longer (and with less apparant days lost to hangovers)

This week also sports the beginning of the much anticipated or hated (depending on your gender to a large extent) Big Brother.

I find it amazing that Barbeque talk one week lurches from the writings of Jane Austin and the merits of Euthenasia to which obnoxious Teenager is being stalked by some fag hag from West Hartlepool or who is the latest chav to get her booby doobies out in the outdoor spa.

I console myself with the fact that shortly Wales are touring Argentina and temporary relief from this 13 week nightmare will be found on a plasma screen and in a pint glass of Fosters.

On a more upbeat note - next weekend is a bank holiday and half term for the kids so plenty of activities to look forward to. (If someone at this point mentions the rain I will send Video Tapes of BB to their home address straight away)
